What is Mandatory Training?
Everyone who works for Cornwall Council needs to complete the Mandatory training listed below. You must complete these courses no matter what your role is.

As these courses are mandatory because of statutory requirements, it is likely that anyone from any organisation needs to complete something very similar.
How often do I need to complete the Mandatory learning?
You must complete the Information Governance training every twelve months.
The other mandatory training needs to be undertaken at least every three years.

The Training for Invigilators of Exams (TIE) covers all the JCQ requirements that invigilators must adhere to when invigilating exams.
Training for Readers, Scribes, Invigilators and other Adult Helpers in Exams (TRSI) covers what is and is not permitted where a student requires a Reader, Scribe or other Adult Helper during their exam.
